1. ​Can you take over from my other cleaning crew?

Under certain conditions we can. At your first appointment, a team leader will look at the condition of the home to determine if you need a Deep Cleaning or if you can jump right into our Maintenence routine.

2. Is there a charge to skip or reschedule a cleaning?

There is no charge to skip or reschedule a cleaning outside of the 24 hours leading up to your appointment. If more than 5 weeks pass without a cleaning, however, you will need a Deep Cleaning.

3. Is there a contract required?

There is no minimum commitment required to enjoy all the perks of being a loyal client!

4. Can I have the same crew every time?

Yes, upon request.

5. What is the price for this service?

The first cleaning will be a regular priced Deep Cleaning. Depending on the frequency of the cleaning (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly) you gain access to discounted cleanings.

6. What is the difference between Deep Cleaning, Standard, and Maintenence?

The Deep Cleaning and Maintenence cleanings include all the same areas, but the pricing of the Maintenance Cleaning is discounted. Please note: you must have a Deep Cleaning for the first appointment before gaining gaining access to the discounted pricing.

The Standard Cleaning is the same price for every visit and is not eligible for discounted Maintenence Cleanings.
