Service Policies & Payment Terms
Effective January 2nd, 2023, Revised February 10th, 2026
By booking a service with Leiby’s Cleaning, LLC, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These policies allow us to operate efficiently, protect our staff, and provide consistent, high-quality service.
Card-on-File & Automatic Payment Authorization
A valid credit or debit card is required to book and maintain services.
By providing a card, the client authorizes Leiby’s Cleaning, LLC to securely retain the card on file and charge it for services rendered.
Charges may include:
• Scheduled cleaning services
• Approved add-on services
• Cancellation, lock-out, or no-show fees
• Parking, valet, toll, or access-related charges
Cards are stored securely through our payment processor.
Receipts are automatically provided after each charge.
Clients may update payment information at any time.
Pricing & Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on information provided at booking.
Final pricing is confirmed upon arrival based on actual home condition and scope of work.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Heavily soiled homes
• Excessive buildup
• Add-on services
• Extended cleaning time required
We communicate pricing adjustments whenever possible before proceeding.
Add-On Services
Add-ons are not included in standard packages and are billed separately.
Examples include:
• Interior windows
• Refrigerator or oven deep cleaning
• Laundry or linen service
• Balconies, patios, garages
• Tile grout or specialty cleaning
Laundry service is limited to the duration of the scheduled visit.
Excessive dishes beyond normal use may incur additional charges.
Parking & Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property.
Any required parking fees, garage fees, valet charges, or tolls will be added to the final invoice.
If access cannot be reasonably obtained, the appointment may be canceled and fees may apply.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations, lock-outs, or inability to access the home will incur a minimum $150 fee.
If entry is not possible and no response is received within 30 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show.
Requested wait time is billed at the team’s hourly rate.
Arrival Windows
We operate within arrival windows due to traffic and job variability. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours.
We will arrange a touch-up clean for valid concerns.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at company discretion.
Damage & Liability
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
We are not liable for damage due to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Pre-existing damage
We do not clean irreplaceable or sentimental valuables.
Identical replacement may be attempted but is not guaranteed.
Safety & Property Conditions
For safety, we may refuse or stop service in unsafe environments, including:
• Biohazards or human/animal waste
• Severe mold or infestations
• Unsecured firearms or drug paraphernalia
• Aggressive or unsecured pets
Additional charges may apply for high-risk or heavily soiled environments.
Photography
We may take non-identifying photos of cleaning work for quality control, estimates, and marketing. No personal information is shared.
Non-Solicitation of Employees
Clients agree not to hire or solicit Leiby’s Cleaning staff for private work. This protects our employees and business operations.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a service, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these policies and accepts financial responsibility for services and related fees.
